Return Guidelines

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label to make the return process hassle-free.

All Other Returns or Exchanges
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and any accessories. You can start a return by reaching out to us through our website or emailing us directly.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note: customized, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. For standard returns (not related to defects), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets our policy guidelines, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

After 10 Days: If the item is defective, we may offer a replacement or repair instead of a refund.

Exchanges

Gift Returns

If your order was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit equal to the value of the return.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
